More Than Half of Evergreen East Has Been Renovated!

As we approach the end of 2024, more than half the apartment homes serving households at Evergreen East have been renovated since work began to modernize the community.

As of December 13:

• 259 apartments had been renovated;

• 64 apartments had work in progress; and,

• 19 new apartments have been built.

With the rebuilt units included in the count, 278 of the community’s 508 apartments have now been significantly improved and modernized. Households returning to live in their renovated units continue to report that they are extremely satisfied with their upgraded kitchens, bathrooms, windows, lighting and flooring.

The Green boxes on the map accompanying this post show the areas of the community where units have been renovated and new units have been built. The Yellow box shows where renovations are currently underway.
